Every Window Design is Extensively Field-Tested. (If You Consider 110º Desert Sand a «Field.»)

For these studies, AMSCO has built a special home in the middle of the Arizona Desert – the southern exterior exterior – air conditioning from the inside.  This is the biggest test for windows that you could ever create.  It is also the perfect environment for testing long-term and endurance products.  If the product is damaged in this building, it is considered to be inadequate and not in service.

AMSCO Products Meet the Performance Requirements of the Following:

NFRC Thermal Performance Standards

All AMSCO® windows meet or exceed the thermal standards for maximum energy efficiency set by the National Fenestration Rating Council.  This means that our products are aimed at cutting heating and cooling costs in addition to reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

In order to meet the NFRC guidelines, products must meet predetermined criteria for:

  • U-factor
  • Solar heat gain
  • Visible transmittance
  • Air leakage

WHY AMSCO?

Progressive products for a progressive client

You will not find anyone who knows about windows more than AMSCO.  We are familiar with all the intricacies of style, colors and hardware options, energy efficiency, and more.  But what really makes us special and distinguishes from others is the value of our customer feedback for us.  Modern people are more informed, more sophisticated and require advanced innovations and design at an affordable price.  This means that we face a new challenge – working harder to make sure each vinyl window, composite window, new window and door that we create conform to our standards – and our customers.

COMMUNITY AFFAIRS

Environmental Friendliness

The main task of the whole world is to keep the environment around, which, of course, is also the core value of AMSCO Windows®.  We do our utmost to reduce environmental pollution and preserve nature for future generations.  We pay special attention to the processing of many materials used in the production of our products.  All waste and garbage generated in our production process is recycled and shipped back to our supplier, where it is used in other products.  The glass is sent to the manufacturer of the filters, and all the paper / cardboard products are thrown out and sent to the paper mill.

Following these elementary rules of environmental friendliness, we seek to engage the community in caring for our planet.

MADE IN THE USA

Our product, designed to provide comfort and practicality, is the pride and value of AMSCO, in which we have invested all our knowledge and experience.  We are pleased to produce our products at our facility located in Salt Lake City, Utah.  In addition, all major raw material components of our products are also manufactured in the United States of America.

We are part of a large team that supports building competition in the global market.

Our products have been featured on ABC News’ “Made in America” series on World News Tonight with Diane Sawyer”.
